New Delhi: Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh criticised IAS officers for not being on time to begin the inauguration function on Civil Services Day.
The Minister said he had reached the venue five minutes early but the programme was started 12 minutes late. It must be introspected if their level of commitment has come down, he added.
