New Delhi: The Petroleum Ministry is thinking of home-delivering petroleum products on a pre-booking basis. Currently, only cooking gas is delivered this way.
“Options being explored where petro products may be door delivered to consumers on pre booking. This would help consumers avoid spending excessive time and long queues at fuel stations,” the ministry tweeted.
It had earlier denounced the decision of a section of petroleum dealers to keep their pumps closed on Sundays.
