New Delhi : Just hours after Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan claimed that the government did not tender any apology in Supreme Court, Chief Secretary Nalini Netto tendered an unconditional apology in SC in the controversial Senkumar case.
In the affidavit, Chief Secretary also asked SC to give permission to withdraw the review petition filed by the government in order to avoid the contempt of court procedures.
