Thiruvananthapuram: The Congress-led-UDF has called for a hartal in Pulluvila on Monday after stray dogs mauled a fisherman to death. Earlier this year, an elderly woman was also brutally killed by a pack of dogs in the same place.
Joseklin, the victim was found in a serious condition by the locals who took him to hospital. Joseklin's family and natives are protesting in road against the negligence of government over the stray dog menace.
