Kollam: Ajeetha Beegum IPS took over as the new Kollam City Police Commissioner from her husband Satheesh Bino IPS. The latter had been the Kollam city commissioner for the past one year but was transferred to Pathanamthitta, following which his wife was appointed to the vacant post.
Ms.Beegum said that she was very happy to take over the baton from her husband while Mr.Bino expressed confidence that his wife will implement the security projects he started better than him.
