Balaghat: At least 23 were killed by an explosion at a firecracker factory in Madhya Pradesh’s Balaghat district on Wednesday. Several people were severely injured, and according to the authorities, the death toll could rise.
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan expressed grief at the tragedy and announced Rs.2 lakh to the kin of the dead.
