Thiruvananthapuram: The Cyber police charged a case against former DGP TP Senkumar on his anti-Muslim remarks which is capable of creating religious rift in the society. A lot of allegations were made against Senkumar regarding his controversial statement that he has stated in an interview given to a magazine. The case has been charged under non-bailable offence section.
The cyber cell took case against Samakalika Malayalam weekly as another defendant. The immediate action was made after receiving the legal advice that allows registering a case for investigation by the Director General of Prosecution.
