Thiruvanathapuram: The sale and distribution of Mizoram lottery in Kerala has been stalled because of insufficient documents submitted by Teesta distributors. The decision to curb the sale was taken as part of the arrest of three persons including Teesta owner which led to a freeze in its distribution.
The lottery started its sale on July 31st and first draw was slated for August 7. Meanwhile, the distributors failed to inform the state government regarding its dealings. Mizoram government and Teesta distributors has decided to stop all the procedures regarding the lottery sale as part of the strict valuation under GST.
