New Delhi: Subhash Bhamre, the Minister of State for Defence stated in Lok Sabha that proposal to allow admission to girls in Sainik Schools and National Defence Academy(NDA) is under consideration. He also added that in addition to twenty six already functioning Sainik schools, the government plan to start twenty-three new schools in the country.
The Minister also revealed that the discussions are going on in this proposal.
