The Oscar winner Resul Pookutty is the latest celebrity to back actor Dileep who was arrested in the actress assault case. He remarked that he was totally shocked when the various organisations in the Mollywood industry took immediate action against Dileep. The industry instead of supporting him, totally abandoned him following his arrest.
Resul Pookutty also disclosed his dissent towards the action of actors association ‘AMMA’ for expelling Dileep from its prime membership. He also alleged that media discussions were on the basis of increasing the TRP ratings. He blamed the authorities for parading Dileep before public for collecting evidence.
