Kochi: The First Class Judicial Magistrate court at Angamaly has extended the remand period of actor Dileep till September 22.
Dileep was arrested on July 10 in connection with the alleged kidnap and assault of a young actress in the industry. Meanwhile, the court conducted the proceedings via video conference.
Meanwhile, the court is considering the actors' bail plea today. Reportedly the prosecution raised strong objection against the actor's bail plea.
