Kochi: With the Kerala High Court all set to produce its verdict on the bail plea submitted by actor Dileep, all eyes were set on the star and High Court on Friday.
In the marathon hearing in the court which went on for two days, the defense lawyers also questioned the police's 'Suni-Dileep' conspiracy theory. However, the police also submitted the newly found evidence in the sealed cover in the court.
Meanwhile, a revenue department survey has found that there has been no encroachment of government land to build 'D Cinemaas', the multiplex owned by Dileep.
But some allegations raised that the report which pointed the encroachment of 1.5 acre of the Kannampuzha Devaswom land was a cover up to save 'D Cinemaas'. Thus the District collector directed both of the parties to submit necessary documents of the land. A final hearing on the case will be held on September 14.
