Kochi: The Supreme Court on Saturday ordered a probe against Justice PD Rajan for allegedly threatening and abusing a Circle Inspector. As per the reports, a three-member committee will probe the complaint and submit the report to the Court.
P Sreekumar, the Circle Inspector of Mavelikkara police station had filed a complaint that the High Court Justice summoned him to the chamber and abused him for booking a case against the relative of the Justice. In his complaint, the CI also alleged that Supreme Court Chief Justice and High Court Chief Justice refrained from taking action against Justice PD Rajan.
