Kochi: A fresh plea has been filed in High Court seeking a CBI probe into the sensational actress assault case. Roy Maman, a Karukachal native have filed the plea in the High Court.
The investigation team will submit a charge sheet against the actor in the first week of October. As per the reports, Dileep will most likely point out that the case is in its final stage and the police too have finished recording statements from everyone.
Earlier, the Kerala High Court have rejected Dileep's bail plea twice.
