Kollywood heart throb Vijay Sethupathi on last day said that he values the interest of Tamils more than national awards.
The star was making a reference to the government's decision to remove Tamil languages from train tickets. He also pointed that the feelings of Tamils were important and expressed his disappointment at the decision.
'If i am ever forced to choose between my identity as a Tamilian and an award from the central government, i will choose the former, I am always for and with the Tamil people', he said.
Meanwhile on the movie front the actor is currently busy with the upcoming movie 'Karuppan'.
