Thrissur: The Kerala Human Rights Commission has sought a report from the prisons' Superintendent after restriction were imposed on the number of visitors to beleaguered actor Dileep at the Aluva sub jail.
The panels intervention came soon after a rights activist Salim India, filed a complaint. In the court, Salim India alleged that the police were trying to torture the actor mentally.
The commission is likely to question the delay in the completion of the investigating against Dileep, who was arrested for allegedly plotting the February 17 actress attack.
