There were reports doing rounds in social media that director Shankar and Ajith may team up for a sequel to 'Mudhalvan'. However, the project failed to materialise with both of them getting busy for their projects.
With Ajith's 'Vivegam' hitting the screens last month, the actor went on a break to undergo a surgery and is expected to recuperate after three months. Now reports are afire that the actor will be soon on board for the upcoming Shankar movie.
However, there is no official confirmation for the report as Shankar is currently busy with the Rajinikanth - Akshay Kumar starer '2.0'.
