Thiruvananthapuram: Speaker P Sreeramakrishnan has said that the interim verdict of the Kerala High Court banning campus politics lacks sound reasoning and is a challenge to democracy.
He also added that it seems absurd when some people thinks the have the sole right to talk about their opinions regarding matters under the sun.
'The rightful authorities are the assembly and the Parliament', he added. A division bench of the High Court had observed that the students who indulge in the political activities in educational institution should be expelled.
