Thiruvananthapuram: Following the heavy rain and cyclone Ockhi, the UDF has postponed Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi's rally at the Shangumugam beach on Friday.
In his Face Book post, opposition leader Ramesh Chennithala said that the 'Padayorukkam' Conclusion' function has been postponed due to adverse weather conditions. 'Revised date will be announced soon', he wrote.
The rally was supposed to mark the culmination of 'Padayorukkam', the month-long roadshow led by Opposition leader Ramesh Chennithala which started from Kasargod on November 1.
