The Regional Transport Office MH-12 has said that it has exceeded its revenue target by a significant level two years in a row.
The registration of four wheelers in 2017-18 rose 9.57 percent and two wheelers grew at 8.24 percent.
However, the highest growth is in the taxi cab segment with 25 percent increase. However, RTO chief Ajri said the ever rising number of vehicles has caused massive traffic management issues in most parts of the city, and the traffic violations are on the rise.
