Kochi : The Kerala High Court on Tuesday adjourned the anticipatory bail plea of Jalandhar Bishop Franco Mulakkal in the Nun abuse case.
The Court will consider the bail plea on September 25. The investigation officer can take the final call regarding the arrest of the Bishop after interrogation, Director General of Prosecution said.
However, in the anticipatory plea, Franco Mulakkal did not demanded to halt any detaining procedures by the officials.
