Kottyam : Former Jalandhar diocese Bishop Franco Mulakkal walked out of the Pala Sub Jail on Monday after the Kerala High Court granted him bail in the nun abuse case.
In a second attempt of bail by Mr Mulakkal, the court granted the conditional bail citing that he should be summoned before the investigation team every two weeks, surrendering passport and a travel ban into Kerala.
The government had informed the court that they needed to record the statement of two more people in connection with the case.
