Thiruvananthapuram : The Kerala Crime Branch team probing the murder of Sanal Kuamar has made it clear that it was clear case of murder.
In a probe report, the investigation officers pointed that the Dysp B Harikumar intentionally pushed Sanal in front of the speeding car. The report further added that Dysp was able to spot the approaching vehicle and even after seeing it, he pushed Sanal into the road.
They also added that the absconding act and refusal to surrender of the cop, even after weeks strongly supports the charges of murder. The Crime Branch is expected to submit the report in a day or two.
Meanwhile, there were also reports that the absconding Dysp had been spotted in Munnar, near Kerala-Tamil Nadu border. The Thiruvananthapuram CJM court will consider the anticipatory bail plea of the Dysp on Wednesday.
