Hyderabad : The trans woman contesting the upcoming Telengana polls, Chandramukhi Muvvala went missing on Tuesday.
The Banjara police have registered a missing complaint and have formerd special team to trace her. "Chandramukhi disappeared suspiciously on Tuesday. We are still checking the CCTV footage near her house in Banjara Hills," said KS Rao, assistant commissioner of police, Banjara Hills.
Chandramukhi was contesting from the Goshamahal constituency in Hyderabad on a Bahujan Left Front Ticket was said to be happy with the response from campaigning in the Goashamahal area.
