Muvattupuzha : The police on last day freed Sister Lissie from the convent near Muvattupuzha after the convent authorities restricted her from contacting anyone or traveling outside the convent premises.
Sister Lissie, the prime witness in the rape case against Bishop Franco faced such an inconvenience after supporting the victim in the case.
The police reached the convent after Sister Lissie's family alleged that she was under house arrest by the convent authorities.
Later Sister Lucy made it clear that she is not interesting in going back to such a place and is returning home.
