Thiruvananthapuram : DGP Loknath Behra has directed to charge non bailable offense against Survey Director Sriram Venkitaraman, his car rammed into a bike, killing a journalist.
As per the reports, the car was speeding and Sriram was under the influence of alcohol. Sriram who is currently treated in a private hospital for minor injuries. He will be arrested and moved to Thiruvananthapuram Medical College soon.
Mr Venkitaraman, also a Medical doctor and Fullbright Fellow, had recently returned to the state after completing higher studies abroad.
