Kottayam : Pala MLA Mani C Kappan on Thursday denied the allegations that he gave statements to the CBI framing CPM State Secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan.
Reacting to the allegations raised by Shibu BabyJohn, Mr Kappan said that there wasn't even a CBI case regarding such issue and called the documents as fake.
Mr Kappan also threatened to file a defamation case against Mr Shibu Baby John for raising such baseless allegations against him.
RSP leader Shibu Baby John had unveiled Mr Kappan's alleged statement to CBI regarding the financial dealings of Kodiyeri Balakrishnan and his son with Mumbai NRI Dinesh Menon in connection with KIAL shares.
