Thrissur : An Uber taxi driver in Kerala was attacked by two anonymous people in Thrissur, before they escaped with the car on the wee hours of Tuesday.
As per the reports, Uber taxi driver Rajesh was hit on the head with an iron rod by two people who hired the vehicle. The injured driver was left bleeding on the roadside.
Later the car was found abandoned near Kalady in Ernakulam district. According to Rajesh, they booked for a drive to Puthukatt. When the vehicle reached Amballoor, the duo attacked Rajesh and took the car
The Highway police, who were on patrol duty, saw the driver, Rajesh and took him to hospital.
