New Delhi : The Banking operations across India could be seriously affected today as employees of two bank unions are sitting on a 24-hour bank strike from this morning.
The Unions are protesting against the Modi government's decision to merge ten public sector banks into four bigger banks.
According to a report of PTI, Bank employees union leaders have also threatened to shut down ATM's. Meanwhile, SBI, Regional Rural Banks and cooperative Bank are the most likely ones to remain open today
