Kochi : A Kottayam Additional District Sessions court has summoned Jalandhar Bishop Franco Mulakkal to appear before it on November 11 after the victim nun filed a fresh case against the former.
The nun lodged a complaint with the Kerala Women's Comission alleging mental harassment in connection with the case concerning the bishop.
She pointed out that Mulakkal and his men are using social media platforms in order to defame her. She added that the videos put up on social media platforms shows photographs of the victim.
The nun stated that such actions are a violation of the bail conditions laid down by the Kerala High Court and sought intervention from the state women commission in the matter.
