Kochi : The Kerala High Court on Friday rejected the anticipatory bail plea of activist Rehana Fathima in the case registered against her for using children to paint on her semi-naked body and circulating the video on social media.
The Police team investigating the case also asked the court not to give her the anticipatory bail.
Police had registered a case against Rahna under Section 67 (electronically transmitting sexually explicit content) of juvenile act and confiscated her laptop and all.
In the video, her son and daughter can be seen painting on her semi-naked body. The video was posted with hashtag #Bodyartpolitics.
