Kochi : The Kerala police's Cyberdome and hitech cell will probe cyber attacks on journalists including women.
The decision came after the Kerala Union of Working Journalists (KUWJ) lodged a complaint with the Chief Minister and the state police chief.
State Police Chief Loknath Behra had sought an immediate report within 24 hours.
These journalists, and others working with the two channels, have alleged that during the coverage of the pandemic, the gold smuggling case and the recent floods in the state, they have been targeted online and their families dragged in.
