Minister for Public Works PA Mohammed Riyas said on Friday reiterated his stance against the unholy nexus between officials and contractors.
On October 7, the minister said in the assembly that the practice of contractors meeting a minister with other contractors or with the recommendation of MLAs is not fair as it may lead to issues later.
