New Delhi: Economic Affairs Secretary Shaktikanta Das on last day said that people who comes to banks to exchange old notes and cash withdrawals will be marked with indelible inks on cash counters similar to elections.
Das also pointed that they have received reports that many people were trying to convert black money into white with organized groups of people and sending them to exchange money. The DEA Secretary also said that people coming repeatedly to banks are also responsible for long queues.
