New Delhi: The Election Commission of India (ECI) on last day expressed certain reservations over the use of indelible ink marks at banks in connection with demonetisation.
In a letter to the Finance Ministry, the EC urged the center to ensure the practice of putting ink on the right hand index finger of people should not affect the election process which was scheduled to be held in some states.
