The Kerala High Court on Tuesday declined to grant bail to Pulsar Suni, the prime accused in the sensational 2017 actress assault case.
Justice P.V. Kunhikrishnan rejected the application noting that bail cannot be granted at this stage.
While Suni is the main accused, actor Dileep is a co-accused in the case and is believed to be the brain behind the conspiracy attack.
