Thiruvananthapuram: The Vigilance court has ordered a preliminary investigation against Additional Chief Secretary K.M Abraham and five others in connection with the appointment of the IHRD Director during the previous UDF government rule.
The probe team will investigate the appointment of Dr.Suresh Kumar as the IHRD Director, who was alleged to be not duly qualified to be appointed to that post. Five others in the selection panel are also facing a probe for the same reason.
