New Delhi: The National Commission for Women expressed its displeasure after state police chief DGP Loknath Behera did not present himself before the commission to report on the case of attack on the young actress.
The Commission had asked Behera for details on the action taken against the accused, the stage at which the case is currently in and to speed up the proceedings. Though it had asked him to be present on Feb 27, the date was later extended.
