
Shillong: A Railway Protection Force Constable on last day killed his senior officer in Meghalaya after the officer allegedly refused him leave.
The incident took place in South Khasi Hills when the Assistant Commandant of the RPF Mukesh C Tyagi was shot dead by Constable Arjun Deshwal.
As per the reports, Deshwal fired 13 rounds from his service rifle after argument. While trying to save the officer, many subordinate officers also suffered injuries.
Later the constable was arrested by the officials.
