Thiruvananthapuram: The Met department has predicted heavy to very heavy rainfall in parts of Kerala till June 28. Wind speed exceeding 55 kmph is expected to lash the state.
High waves and strong winds may lash along the Kerala coast over the west central Arabian sea.
The coastal areas including Lakshdweep has been alerted. Due to the thunderstorms, rough sea and gale winds, fishermen have been warned from venturing into the sea.
