
New Delhi : Popular social media messaging app Whatsapp has been crashed temporarily, affecting over a billion users world wide, reported ANI. Messages failed to send and app would not load, according to the affected users.
The reason behind the issue is yet to be announced by the company. Many of the users flocked to twitter and memes flooded in no time.

The Facebook-owned app is one of the world’s most popular mobile messaging platforms in the world with around 1.5 billion users logging in to the app each month. Face bokk bought the messaging app for $30 billion in a stunning deal in 2014.
