The police found the woman identified as Kennecia Posey driving recklessly on the freeway. Above all, she was high on marijuana when the cops found her.
In the 26-year-old's car, the cops found separate bags inside a purse, which contained weed and cocaine. When she was questioned about the drugs, she came up with the most hilarious and epic excuse.
She claimed that the plastic pouch of cocaine got whisked into her purse because of the wind. However, the cops obviously didn't buy her claims and detained her.
